We are delighted you have considered our Vintage Parlour as a feature for your guests and your wedding party to enjoy on the big day.
Here are details of our services:
The Vintage Parlour arrives onsite, to your destination of choice. We are usually required to set up outside the church or ceremony location, but we have also been booked for wedding receptions, or at post-wedding parties the following day.
We bring all the decorative and staging elements for the Vintage Parlour, and we set up (quietly) while the ceremony is underway. When your guests emerge from the ceremony, the Vintage Parlour is a welcome surprise! Our wedding couples are free to stage their wedding photographs in and around the Vintage Parlour. It makes for some stunning wedding photos! We continue serving until all guests have departed for the wedding reception - which is usually 90 minutes from when we begin.
We serve Bell Lane Coffee, Teas, Herbal Teas, Hot Chocolate or Lemonade - depending on the season, Love Heart sweets, 7 flavours of Artisan scooped Ice Cream (Cookies & Cream, Hazelnut & Caramel, Tiramisu, Pistachio, Rum & Raisin, Vanilla, Mint), our Signature Vintage Parlour Donuts ( Plain, Raspberry & Custard) - which are served warm for Autumn and Winter weddings or a selection of Scones with Jam. A popular add-on for weddings is our luxurious Cocktail Bar - where we can serve Prosecco, or Hot Whiskies and Mulled Wine depending on the season. We provide all glasses and serving materials. The alcohol would be provided by yourselves. We also clean up the serving area before departing - leaving the site as clean as we found it.
Our fees are as follows:
Standard "Post-Ceremony" service -Bell Lane Coffee, Teas, Herbal Teas, Hot Chocolate or Lemonade - depending on the season, Love Heart sweets, 7 flavours of Artisan scooped Ice Cream (Cookies & Cream, Hazelnut & Caramel, Strawberry, Pistachio, Rum & Raisin, Vanilla, Mint) OR Donuts (Sugar, Custard, Raspberry)

50 guests - €550
100 guests - €650
200 guests - €750
300 guests - €850
Additional Add-Ons (Cost will depend on the amount of guests)

Travel Costs may also be additional depending on your location.
A €200 deposit is required upfront to secure the booking with the remaining balance due on the day.

We do our best to make every wedding wish come true, which is why all our brides and grooms love working with us. We have been told time and time again that the Vintage Parlour was a highlight of their big day.
